How and when will I receive my refund? Refunds are processed after the returned product has been received and inspected. For payments made via bank transfer or PIX, the amount will be deposited within 10 business days. For credit card payments, the refund will appear on your next or following billing statement, depending on your card's closing date.

How do I cancel a purchase? To cancel a purchase, please contact our customer service team within 7 calendar days of delivery. Provide the reason for cancellation and follow the instructions for returning the product. Please remember that the box must be in excellent condition, in its original packaging, and show no signs of use.
Returns and Exchanges

How do I send a defective product for exchange? Once eligibility for an exchange is confirmed, our customer service team will arrange for the product to be collected. As soon as we receive the item and confirm the defect, we will send a new product or process a refund.

Which defects are covered by the exchange policy? Manufacturing defects, such as material flaws, assembly issues, or damage sustained during transit, are covered. Wear and tear from regular use, accidental damage, or damage caused by improper washing are not included.

What should I do if my product arrives defective? If your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service within 7 calendar days of receipt. You may choose between an exchange or a full refund. Defects caused by misuse will not be covered.

How do I return a product purchased from Lidanni? To return a product, contact our support team via phone or WhatsApp. We will issue a return invoice and organize the pickup with the carrier. Once the product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed. Please note that the original invoice is required for the return process.

What are the conditions for returning a product? For a return to be accepted, the product must be in the same condition as received, with no signs of use, including all accessories, manuals, and original packaging. If these conditions are not met, the return may be refused. Exchanges will not be accepted in cases of wear and tear, accidental damage, or improper washing.

What is the deadline to request an exchange or return? You have up to 7 calendar days from the date of receipt to request an exchange or return. This period is in accordance with Consumer Defense laws, which guarantee the right of withdrawal. After this period, returns will no longer be accepted.
