How can I schedule a delivery?
To schedule a delivery, you must contact our customer service promptly after purchase, before the order is shipped. In general, orders are shipped within 72 business hours after payment confirmation. Scheduling can be done via phone or WhatsApp, requiring only the order number or the Tax ID (CPF) used for the purchase.
How do I find my order number?
At Lidanni, we offer several ways to access your order number after your purchase is complete.

You can track your order by accessing the "Track my order" section on our website or by using the tracking code sent to your email. This code will allow you to monitor the delivery status in real time.
What is the delivery time for my order?
The delivery period starts counting from the payment confirmation and may vary according to the carrier and delivery location. In general, products are shipped within 72 business hours after the invoice is issued. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays begin processing on the next business day. Please note that the delivery date indicated by the carrier's tracking may not be entirely accurate. The most reliable forecast for your delivery is the business day estimate provided directly on our website. We recommend following the tracking, but for more precise planning, use Lidanni's official estimate.
Delivery Issues
What to do if my order's packaging is damaged?
If the packaging is damaged at the time of delivery, we recommend that you refuse to receive it and contact our customer service immediately. We will arrange for an exchange or a refund for the order.
What happens if there is no one to receive the order?
If no one is available to receive the order, the carrier will make up to two delivery attempts. After these attempts, the product will be sent back to our distribution center, and you will be notified to schedule a new delivery.
